Qaida · Tilawa · Hifz

Every level has its own curriculum and assessment rhythm. Students move up only after passing the level examination.

Qaida

Typical duration: 6 – 12 months

  • Arabic alphabet, harakat and joined letters
  • Correct makharij from the first day
  • Short surahs from Juz Amma
  • Basic Islamic manners and du'a

Tilawa

Typical duration: 1 – 2 years

  • Full tajweed rules with practical application
  • Fluent reading from the Mushaf
  • Weekly recitation before the ustaz
  • Introduction to meanings of recited surahs

Hifz

Typical duration: 3 – 6 years

  • Daily sabaq (new), sabqi (recent) and manzil (old) revision
  • Individual memorisation targets per student
  • Regular full-juz examinations
  • Ijazah track for advanced students

Weekly schedule

Quizzes are held morning and afternoon on Saturday and Monday to Thursday. Sunday has morning classes only. Friday is a rest day.

Exam seasons

The Month 1 → Month 2 → 3-Month Exam cycle runs three times a year (three terms of three months). Daily quizzes continue throughout, and the year ends with the Ramadan closing exam.

Daily Quizzes

Morning & afternoon Sat and Mon–Thu. Sunday: morning only (no afternoon class). No quizzes on Friday.

End of the first month in each term. This 3-month plan runs three times a year.

End of the second month in each term. Repeated each term (3× a year).

Cumulative exam covering the term. The full Month 1 → Month 2 → 3-Month cycle repeats three times a year.
